Phil Bond's latest and possibly last adventure!  Just when Phil thought things couldn't get any worse, the REAL Phil Bond shows up and makes a mess of everything!  He doesn't return alone -- it seems that the old Phil defected to the Canadian counterpart of The Agency, lead by none other than William Shatner!  What sordid past does he and The Boss share?  Who is that cloaked man?  Why did the Conveniently Shadowed Figure give Phil his car to stop Daler Mendhi?  Dudycha, where's my car?  And, the most important question: where does Phil go from here? The answers are just as surprising as they are ludicrous.
